Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PlaceROI's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

PlaceROI provides digital presence services for real estate professionals, including:

Website Hosting

Custom websites designed and hosted for real estate agents and agencies.

Google Business Management

Profile optimization, review responses, and local SEO.

Social Media Management

Content creation and scheduling for Facebook and Instagram.

Lead Capture & Booking

Forms, notifications, and viewing booking systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • • Provide accurate and complete information
  • • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your agency.

Platform Access

To use certain services, you may need to grant us access to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram). You authorize us to act on your behalf within the scope of the services you've subscribed to.

Payment Terms

Billing

  • • Subscriptions billed monthly or annually
  • • Payment due at the start of each billing period
  • • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • • Prices exclude GST unless stated

Refunds

  • • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • • Annual plans: Pro-rata refund within 30 days
  • • Setup fees are non-refundable
  • • Custom work is non-refundable once delivered

Price Changes

We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

Late Payments

If payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again. After 7 days of failed payments, services may be suspended until the account is brought current.

Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide (photos, property listings, text). You grant us a license to use this content to provide our services.

You represent that: All content you provide is owned by you or you have permission to use it, and it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Our Content

PlaceROI owns all platform code, designs, templates, and branding. Your subscription grants you a license to use these for your business during your subscription period.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

  • • Is false, misleading, or deceptive
  • • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • • Is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
  • • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • • Contains malware or harmful code

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party platforms that may affect our services.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaceROI's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

No Guarantees

While we work to improve your digital presence, we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, lead volumes, or sales outcomes.

Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, with notice when practical.

Effect of Termination

  • • Access to services will be revoked
  • • Your website will be taken offline
  • • Platform connections will be removed
  • • You may request a copy of your data within 30 days

General Provisions

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlaceROI regarding our services.
